Is there wheat flour in your delicious "Juanitas Tortilla Chips", which I recently tasted and love. I can only have "corn" flour chips, due to gluten allergy. "Corn Masa flour" confused me.
Muchas Gracias!!!

Thanks!

Are your tortilla chips processed in a plant that also produces wheat products? I'm concerned about cross contamination. Thank you!

I am wondering if you could post a recipe for authentic mexican chicken...the type you eat in tostadas or encliladas. Some how mexican chefs make chicken taste more chickeny than chicken...it is often reddish in color...and I would just love to be able to re-create these dishes with better flavor. Thank you!!! Our family loves your products.
thank for your intrest in mexican foods, we are not sure what you mean, but we will be posting more recipes in the near future, Sincerely, Juanita's Fine Foods

I don't see why not. I believe one customer does the same and he says it works for them.
I want to buy your tamales. I am assuming you ship them frozen. Will I be given a time fram for shipment, so I can be home?
We would have to ship it 2day express in a parishable package.
I would like to know the best way to warm up tortillas so that they stay don't become soggy from the steam they create but stay warm and dry at the table. Thanks! Oh and by the way, your products are fantastic!!
To reheat tortillas, you need an intense source of dry heat. The best way is on a griddle or iron skillet preheated until very hot over medium-high heat. The tortillas should be individually warmed on each side until they color slightly.
As they are warmed, stack them and wrap in a clean, dry cotton towel. Keep them covered until you are ready to use them. The towel may be wrapped in foil and kept in a 200 degrees F oven for up to an hour to keep the tortillas warm.
Make eating tortillas a habit. They are low in calories, high in fiber, and delicious with all sorts of food. Just remember, serve them hot and as fresh as possible.
